Bob McAdam draws upon more than 35 years of experience in public affairs, communications, corporate social responsibility and grass roots organizing to benefit clients who seek to enhance their position in the marketplace, build reputation and deepen their relationships with stakeholders.
Prior to working as a consultant, Bob McAdam was Senior Vice President, Government and Community Affairs for Darden Restaurants, the largest full-service restaurant operating company. A member of Darden’s Executive Team, Bob was responsible for government, charitable giving and community affairs, sustainability, diversity and media and communications. Before Darden, Bob served as Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. where he established and implemented communications strategies that served to rebuild the reputation of the world’s largest private sector employer. In addition, he helped craft an effective community relations program that has enhanced Wal-Mart’s relationships with local communities and organizations across North America.
