Kimberly Young is Vice President of Business Development at America’s Charities, a leader in workplace giving philanthropy. Kim brings more than 20 years of experience that intersects the corporate, nonprofit, and philanthropic communities. Previously, Kim served as director, corporate services at Council on Foundations, Washington, DC, where she designed programs for corporate giving and foundation professionals, including the signature corporate research initiative and companion toolkit -- Increasing Impact, Enhancing Value: A Practitioner’s Guide to Leading Corporate Philanthropy.
Prior to that she was community relations manager for Capital One in the Mid-Atlantic Region; and held roles in Membership, Policy and Government Relations at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Master of Divinity from Evangel Theological Seminary and BA in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Strayer University.
